Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to experience leadership in some of the most competitive environments in sports. I’ve seen firsthand how the right leader can bring out confidence, accountability, and excellence in the people around them—and how quickly those things can disappear when leadership falls short.

Those experiences are why I’m passionate about developing leaders.

Through interactive in-person and virtual seminars, I help leaders better understand the influence they have on the people they lead and how to use that influence intentionally.

We explore practical principles surrounding clarity, communication, accountability, culture, self-awareness, and maximizing the potential of the people around you.

My goal isn’t to give leaders a list of motivational ideas that sound good for an hour. It’s to help them understand their leadership at a deeper level and leave with principles they can actually apply when they return to their teams.
