An offensive lineman by trade, Henderson understands a truth that transcends sports: the biggest victories are built in the unseen work. Henderson’s message is rooted in experience, not theory.

His journey began unconventionally. After playing organized football for the first time as a junior in high school, he was voted team captain just one year later. At only 17 years old, he became the youngest starting offensive lineman in college football as a true freshman at Arizona State University, where he was again elected team captain by his teammates. He later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership before transferring to the University of Michigan, where he helped anchor one of college football’s most dominant offensive lines and played a pivotal role in winning a National Championship. Along the way, he earned First Team All-Big Ten honors before being selected to play in the National Football League.

These experiences shaped Henderson’s understanding of what truly separates elite teams from average ones. He has lived inside championship locker rooms, high-pressure environments, and organizations where leadership, trust, accountability, resilience, and culture determined success. Today, he equips business leaders and teams with those same championship principles, helping organizations create environments where people thrive, accountability becomes the standard, adversity becomes an advantage, and winning becomes sustainable—not accidental.

Above every accomplishment, Henderson considers his greatest blessings to be his family. He is a devoted husband to his beautiful wife, Jada, a proud father to his sweet daughter, Jayla, and is joyfully preparing to welcome his son, Dallas. His faith, family, and commitment to serving others remain the foundation of everything he does.
